HOME OF THE HAWKS!!
GO TAYLOR MOUNTAIN HAWKS!!!!!
As we enter into the new few months of holidays, conferences and cooler weather, I would like to take this opportunity to catch you up on what's new and noteworthy at Taylor Mountain.
Our girls volleyball team, coached by Nancy Crofut, has had a marvelous season and is just this week (11/3-11/7) participating in playoffs. Having won their first playoff game, they are headed to the 'final' finals on Friday, November 7. Go Hawks!!! Their perseverance, diligence and solid teamwork has led to their spirited success both on and off of the court. Way to go Hawks!!! You do us proud!!
Check monthly on this website for a digital copy of our newsletter, Musings From the Hawk's Nest. In both English and Spanish, this provides up to date information for the month ahead as well as spotlighting a specific grade level. As well, check out our Marquee for important dates and reminders.
Do you have a few hours a day to help out at Taylor Mountain? We currently have a few job positions open here....yard supervisors 7:30-8:00, 12:00-1:00 as well as a Parent Liaison position that is from 11:00-3:00. If interested give us a call!
Please see the side note regarding the changes in student unloading and loading. We have had many concerns regarding student safety in these areas. You may already notice the curbs that have been painted and the signs that have been installed. This will be in effect beginning Wednesday, November 12, 2014. As well, please watch for our students in the crosswalks...we have many students who walk to school each morning.
Thanks for all that you do.......
